Repair Default Outlook OST File Cannot be Opened Error - Windows 8



  1. Right click Windows start menu button
  2. go to control panel
  3. go to uninstall a program
  4. Select Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013
  5. Select Repair  (make sure Outlook & Lync are closed)
  6. Leave it to repair for approx 10 minutes
